Prices

We believe in charging our customers fair and reasonable prices, therefore, we undertake regular reasearch to ensure our rates are moderate. We appreciate that you would like to know in advance how much the costs are however garments can vary with regards to fabric, finishing, construction and detail that customers visit us so we can provide a free, accurate and no obligation quote. 
Customer Satisfaction Guarantee
We understand that sometimes it might not be possible for you to try your garment before you collect and that is why we offer a 14-day guarantee policy to our customers. If once you have collected your garments, you find that the garment/s do not fit you as expected, you can bring them back within 14 days from collection date.
Uncollected Items

The customer is under an obligation to collect their garment/s within 90 days of the agreed collection date stated on your receipt. Uncollected items may be disposed of after 90 days after the agreed collection date. Unialts Clothing Alterations will take reasonable steps to contact the customer using the contact details provided. 
Frequently Asked Questions
All garments must be clean before being brought in for alterations. We reserve the right to reject dirty garments.
We strongly recomend that clients bring the correct shoes for their outfit during fittings. Once the garment is finished, it may not be possible to retify the length if it is not correct. We reserve the right to make an additional charge for further alterations so incurred.

Garments will be altered exactly as pinned by the customer - we will happily pin for you, free of charge.

All work must be paid for before the garment can be removed.

We will advise you at the time how long your garment will take to alter.

In urgent cases, a garment can be altered and returned to you the same day. Just let us know your requirements when you contact us.

Pant and Jean hems can be done while you wait, just asks us at the time.

It's important to remember if we are performing extensive alterations more than one fitting may be required to achieve the perfect fit.

All alterations are performed on site, we do not subcontract or pass the work onto another company.
